Magugulat ka ba kung malalaman mo na 97% of MLM ers or Networkers fail in their MLM business?
One of the reasons Why MLM ers Fail in Their MLM business at kung bakit ang laki nang failure rate sa MLM ay dahil ang bawat isa ay may ibat ibang “mindset”.
Most of the people who comes in the industry, ay first time lang papasok sa mundo ng pag bi-business. Ang karamihan ay wala pang background sa pagiging business owner at wala pa silang proper mindset ng isang tunay na entrepreneur.
I’ll explain it more.
Ang MLM or network marketing ay isang very unique na type ng business. Napakaliit lang ng investment (kung ikukumpara sa ibang business model like franchising or traditional business) pero napakalaki ng income potential. At napaka dali lang mag start ng MLM Business dahil napaka liit lang ng puhunan na ilalabas mo pwede ka nang makapag simula ng iyong MLM business.
Eto ang kailangan nating maunawaan, ang pagiging unique na ito ng MLM ay pwede maging advantage or disadvantage para sa atin. Like a double edge sword.
Eto ang madalas na nangyayari:
May nag pay-in sayo dahil nagustuhan nya ang negosyo at konsepto ng MLM. Kaso alam naman natin na sa kahit anong negosyo may mga matitinding pagsubok kang pagdadaanan. May mga bagyo kang kakaharapin.
Kapag ang bagong downline mong ito ay hindi pa naiimprove ang kanyang mindset, or wala pa syang mindset ng isang tunay na entrepreneur, madali syang mag quit at mabuburnout kapag may mga naexperience syang mga challenges at problems. Ang nasa isipan niya ay eto…
“Ang hirap naman pala nitong networking, ang sabi sa BOM mag invite lang daw ng dalawang kakilala yayaman na, di ko nalang ito itutuloy kesa mahirapan pa ko tutal MALIIT lang naman ang inilabas kong puhunan”
See my point? Unfortunately most people come in our industry ay may ganitong mindset “employee mindset” kaya nga napakaraming networket ang nagjojoin then after 1,2,3 monhs nagququit na sila.
Oo napaka daling pumasok sa MLM dahil maliit lang ang puhunan, Kaso kapag ang isang networker ay walang tamang mindset, napakadali lang din nyang mag quit dahil hindi nya naiintindihan na ang mga pagsubok at mga problema ay parte lang ng kanyang business. At dahil ang nasa isip nya ay hindi naman malaki ang malulugi sa kanya.
Entrepreneurs doesnt think like this, they have the ability to think and plan for long term. Kapag may entrepreneur mindset ka at nag start ka nang business venture malaki or maliit man ang puhunan, you are focus to get the results that you want at naiintindihan mo na may mga challenges kang kakaharapin.
Tanong: tingin mo meron bang entrepreneur na magiinvest na bumili ng jollibee franchise para itesting lang kung kikita ba sya within 3 months then kung hindi, mag quit na sya.
Walang ganun dahil before palang nya gagawin ang investment, pinagisipan, kinalkula na nya ang mga risk. This is having an entrepreneur mindset. (at isa pa hindi nya gagawin yun dahil ang laki ng nilabas niyang investment)
Luckily for us networkers, hindi mo kaylangang maglabas ng napakalaki. Treat your MLM Business as a long term plan, 3-5 years plan. Expect some problems and learn how to overcome them. Kasama talaga ang mga yun.
Also look for people na magiging longterm business partner para sayo. Yung magiging committed din na maging successful at self motivated katulad mo. You are the boss remember? Pwede mong piliin yung mga makakasama mo sa business mo. I’m sure mas gusto mong magkaroon ng mga downline na hindi mo na kaylangang pilitin para umattend ng mga training or yung downline na araw araw mong kailangang imotivate dahil sobrang baba ng belief sa sarili.
Look for the right people not just random people if you want to know who are the right pele to tap, people that have potential, you need to learn some few skills.
