Are You In The Right Network Marketing / MLM Company?

One time may nagtanong sa’kin ng mga questions na ito…

“I want to ask kung, or I need advice.. kung I’m in the right company. Do you agree na magsabay ng 2 or more MLM companies?”

In this post, I want to share with you kung ano yung mga sinagot ko dun sa questions na ito…

Eto yung sinagot ko…

To tell you honestly ikaw lang ang makakasagot n’yan. The questions siguro na pwede mong itanong para masagot mo yan sa sarili mo ay ito…

1. Passionate o inlove ka ba dun sa mga products na ino-offer ng company mo? This is important dahil mahirap mag-benta o mag promote ng mga products na hindi ka naman convinced na yun ang the best product na pwede makatulong sa ibang tao para masolusyunan yung mga problems nila.

2. Nage-enjoy ka ba sa paraan kung paano mo ginagawa ang business mo na yan? This is very important as well dahil para ka makapag build ng network marketing business, kaylangan hindi maging parang trabaho yung gagawin mo. Dapat yung sobrang nag e-enjoy na ka kahit mahirap at may mga challenges ay OK lang sayo. Kapag hindi ka kasi nage-enjoy sa ginagawa mo, you will get tired and will stop doing it. If you stop doing it you will fail (obviously).

3. Do you feel motivated and inspired sa mga taong kasama mo sa company or team mo. Kasi kung hindi eh paano ka gaganahang mag-build ng business nyan?

If YES and sagot mo dyan sa 3 questions na yan, then I would say Yes you are in the right opportunity/company.

Regarding naman sa building 2 opportunity at the same time, I would say pwede naman pero mahihirapan ka at malaki ang chance na mag-failed ka.

Here’s why…

Magandang magkaron ng multiple businesses or multiple source of income kung sila ay Businesses that are NOT COMPETING with each other.

Ang best multiple businesses ay yung tipo ng mga business na SUPPORTING each other.

For example;

Kung meron kang store na nagbebenta ng coffee, tapos meron ka ring tinitindang mga doughnuts, these 2 businesses are supporting each other. Kasi yung bibili ng coffee ay pwede rin bumili ng doughnuts para may makain habang sila ay nagkakape.

Kapag 2 MLM ang ginagawa mo ng sabay, challenging dahil building 2 ay para kang nagtayo ng 2 restaurant na magkatapat.

People will not eat at 2 restaurants at the same time. Pipili lang sila ng isa kung saan sila kakain. They are COMPETING with each other.

Very rarely kang makakahanap ng mga successful network marketers na 2 (or more) ang bini-build na MLM business. Simply because building 2 MLM’s is building businesses that are COMPETING with each other.

Remember this… FOCUS is key in building a huge organization.

Eto pa yung ilang mga problema na pwedeng mangyari kapag multiple MLMs ang ginagawa mo…

1. Gagayahin ka ng mga members mo – Hindi rin magiging focus ang mga downlines mo katulad mo. Gagayahin nila ang ginagawa mo and they will also join other programs. Pagnangyari ito, babagal or worst hihinto ang growth ng network mo.

2. Your time and attention will be devided – Hindi mo matututukan ng maige pareho dahil hati ang oras mo, parehas magiging mabagal ang growth ng organization mo.

3. People will get disappointed to you and look for another leader – Ito nangyayari talaga ito, some networkers na nakakausap ko ay nakapag-open up sa’kin nadi-disappoint sila dahil yung kanilang upline ay may bago nanamang ginagawa. Some possible reasons kaya sila nadi-disappoint ay dahil pinasali mo yung mga tao, nagtiwala sa’yo tapos makikita nila na hindi ka pala sincere sa mga sinabi mo. For example ang bukambibig mo nung pinepresentan mo sila ay “Ito ang best company, maganda ang benefit kumpara sa iba”. Pwede rin na maramdaman nila na wala ka pa lang solid na plan para sa grupo mo.

4. May mga companies na hindi ina-allowed na may ibang MLM ka na sasalihan – Kapag nalaman nila they will terminate your account. Make sure to read your company policies.

The perfect example of 2 business model that can support each other is Network Marketing and Affiliate Marketing. Why? Because you can build an organization and earn residual income from your MLM business. And you can also recommend training courses or information product (with affiliate program) to your team.

This 2 business models are NOT COMPETING and are actually SUPPORTING each other dahil habang mas natututo ng mga necessary business building skills ang mga team members mo, mas mabilis din maggo-grow ang team mo (Means bigger residual income).

But the best part is you are also earning additional income streams dahil sa affiliate commissions na natatanggap mo from promoting other people training courses.
